The hotel was empty, I was the only guest all day she said. was placed in a room by the highway, which was so very loud. I also reported to the front desk the smoke alarm sounded all night with a short in the wiring. Not a beeping, but like it had a short. I tried to run the air to cover the noise. The bed linens are in need of updating. Very dirty and stains. Overall, very disappointing for the cost. Have pic/video if needed. Thank you.

This hotel really surprised me in a bad way. Overall my room cleanliness from housekeeping seemed decent. The lack of building maintenance was one of the biggest issues I had with my stay. My room carpet was stained heavily. The walls had scuffs and stains. The nightstand attached to the wall by the bed was loose and felt unstable. When I used the microwave in the room to heat up water it smelled like ramen noodles. The bathroom sink drained slow the bathtub was extremely rusted above the drain lever the shower curtain would not stay closed due to the shower rod coming loose from the wall on both sides which made it difficult to keep water from going into the floor when showering. The outdoor pool which was the view from my room window was full of debris and looked like it was out of service. A couple of the outdoor wall lights for the parking lot were just flickering and did not stay on constant. There were two dead cockroaches in the hallway one of which was still there when I left. The breakfast was the worst I have ever seen at hotel, we ended up eating somewhere else. The washing machine was out of order. Really the only positive I have to say about this hotel was that the lady working at the front desk was very nice and professional. This hotel just felt rundown.

The staff was very courteous and the unit was clean and very taken care of, the only item that needs improvement is the mattress. I reserved two rooms and all 4 bed was very firm, almost like sleeping on the ground. I have noticed while other motel was very busy by the vehicle count around the facility, this unit was not. I am a retired sales director and for almost 35 years staying in hotels almost every week, so in saying this, I would probably not be staying in this property again.

Great stay@

Easy parking by side door, room was 6 ft away from door. We had requested a close room so my wife wouldn't need to walk far. Room was great for her since she is mobility impaired. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was hot and fresh.

The TV in my room kept blinking off and back on constantly and I went to take a shower ....the pin was stuck to change to the shower flow. The room had nats in it. I was really dissatisfied
