This inn was so cute, I loved the quaintness and the decor. The bed was comfortable and the room was pretty clean. The continental breakfast was awesome. My complaint was the bathtub was clogged, after taking a 2 minute shower the water was up past my ankles. If I had a shower that drained properly I would definitely stay here again!

I am a Marriott loyalist and was hesitant to stay here. It was super clean, had a nice sized TV (with Direct TV) and the continental breakfast was wonderful. Check in was super easy and staff was friendly. Stay here!!!

Clean, friendly, perfect spot

This was a great overnight place for our family to stay. It was very clean and our room was larger than most comparable hotel rooms. Breakfast was better than the hotel we stayed at the night before, so that was nice. It is a motel, but it was quiet for us and we had no problem sleeping. We would stay there again.

Great little gem!

AMAZING! I loved our stay here so much that I’m already planning a trip back to MVNP just so we can stay here again. Incredible value for the price and so much fun! Our kids loved seeing the rooms with the waterbeds and trying out the phone booth. Our room was comfy and spacious. The only con is that the walls were very thin, but as long as your neighbor is respectful, it shouldn’t be an issue. 20/10 would stay again.

Incredible experience. Every room # decor is of the time. Fantastic game room. Clean! We usually only stay in places with inside entrances to our room and ratings above 9.0. The rating exceeds our minimum standard. If you want the retro experience with exceptional standards, this is the place!

Traveling East with my niece and my dog. She was in charge of the hotel for the night. Chose the known hotel across the street but we discovered before we clicked accept that she had forgotten the pet friendly filter. It wasn't! Looked across the street and saw the sign for Retro Inn Looked at the reviews it had received and decided to go for it. Every review giving accolades was correct! Would I stay again and talk about it to friends? ABSOLUTELY!!! The room was clean, bed comfortable, toughtfully painted, nice wall decor fittin with the retro theme, even down to the orange landline phone. The dog area was an actual chain link run rather than just some green space. Breakfast was basic, nothing hot served but the eating area was delightful. Would I stay again? Yep!

Great little inn

We loved our stay. The property is just as described. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good. We visited Mesa Verde National Park and Arches National Park while staying at the Retro Inn. Staff gave us good suggestions. Visit the CO Welcome Center if you can. Full of good suggestions and maps.
