Main level includes: well-appointed kitchen with new appliances & walk-in pantry, living area with gas fire place & flat-screen tv, dining area, and half bath.

2nd floor: 3 bedrooms; an office/workspace with a futon, desk & office chair; 2 full bathrooms; and a laundry area. The primary suite includes king bed with memory foam mattress, walk-in closet and connected bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, with memory foam mattress, and a shared bathroom with a shower-tub. Bedroom 3 has a day bed with trundle, also with memory foam mattresses.
