I’ve stayed here countless times as a hybrid student at OSU who drives down for in-person classes every few months. This hotel is nothing more than the basics in terms of accommodations, but I’ve always had good experiences with the desk staff and a clean room!

A month 1/2 before our stay I had called the hotel asking if we could upgrade our room. It was OSU graduation weekend, so the town was booked solid. However, I received a call about 3 weeks before our trip and they found an upgrade room for us. Made the stay much more comfortable. That was some excellent customer service.
