Staff was really nice. However... The room was filthy. We moved a lamp and wiped under it, and it turned the towel brown. The bed was broken, and when moving it to fix it, we saw built up dirt and filth just sitting under the bed. We canceled our second night. There were also no products in the room- no body wash or shampoo, there wasn't even a bar of soap available.

Room was not cleaned throughly. My young Daughter found a used drug pipe in the bathroom. Front desk didn't seem to care and brought to others attention and still nothing

We added an extra day to our original reservation. We paid for that night only elected to pay at the motel for the original reservation. Alaska Airlines did not get us into Oregon for 35 hours. 2 penes broken did not show up, our only option was to fly into Seattle And wait for a hopper into Portland. Our original reservation was for Eugene. Anyway, we checked into the hotel and they refused our reservation. They said because we missed our first night, that was paid for, they were canceling the rest of our reservation. But we could pay the increased Double fee rate they normally charge. Hell with that we went to the roadway Inn absolutely wonderful and clean place.

WiFi (and presumably internet access) was advertised as available, but was not functioning during our stay. I was depending on internet access to do some work, and instead had to go elsewhere to do that work. The staff could not fix the issue and didn't seem to think it was a big deal. It was a huge deal for me.

The woman on the night shift was very friendly and courteous. One of the ladies on day shift could have been a bit more friendly, but I’ve encountered worse. The rooms were clean, nothing fancy but very affordable. I liked the walk in shower. On the Expedia website they say there is no pet fee but there is a $10/day fee, which isn’t bad. Overall nice hotel; I would stay again.

The room was comfortable. Shower water pressure and temperature was great. We were on the back side of the building and it was pretty loud through the night.

Fridge full of partially eaten food, and having to open and slam door for three hours on the middle of the night for disgusting, rude, extremely loud people above us. Won’t be staying there again. Zero sleep. Oh and our “deluxe king” room, ended up being a small handicapped room. Just disappointed.
