This was the cutest little place. Easy to find, amazing architecture and history. The Coffee House downstairs was amazing. Easy check in, high ceilings and great communication from the host. We will be staying again. We found our place in Ohio to stay.
Genevieve's Place in Historic Roscoe Village was a fantastic choice for accommodation. The host provided clear and concise directions for parking and locating the apartment entrance. The quaint town offered delightful opportunities for dining and leisurely strolls. It was a truly enjoyable weekend, and the host was highly responsive to our needs.
I loved this place. It is so cute and looks just like the pictures, if not better! The location is great. And the property manager was easy to communicate with and sent all the information quickly and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be back and I will recommend this VRBO to friends and family in the area.
We were there for a Llama show. It was a nice area to be in with the restaurants being below where we were staying. Nice historic area. Some nice shopping even though I didnât get to go in the stores. Only draw back, the walls are a little thin so we could hear the bar next door across the street.
I used to live and work in the area and it was nice to come back and visit with some friends and favorite places.
Check-in and check-out were clear and easy. Historical charm. Could sometimes hear people in the other apartment, but it didn't impact our stay. Was a relaxing way to spend our long weekend away from home.
We came in town for my Momâs reunion of high school friends. The location was perfect for all our outings. I was born in Coshocton and havenât been there in over 20 years. As a kid I loved Roscoe Village. Our place was so nice and cute. Easy to book, check in process very easy. On arrival we were very pleased to see how clean it was. We had a short stay so will be coming back and staying here again.
This cozy place was in an historic building in Roscoe Vtllage, an old Ohio canal town. Roscoe Village is a restored treasure. This apartment inn was right on main street within a block of several restaurants and a bar. This second story accommodation had quiet outdoor seating overlooking a garden and lots of trees. The host was very prompt with replies to my questions.
The apartment was perfect for our weekend. Clean and spacious. AC worked great. looked like a full kitchen but we went out. Visited Indian Bear Cork & Coffee(awesome tea), Huck's Tavern, Good Boy Bakery,Olde Thyme Country Market,Collins Meat and Food market,The Boathouse, & Main ST Station. All recommended stops. No Uber. Updated the book with a working cab. Coshocton Cab cheap and quick
Stairs to 3rd floor flat dirty with cobwebs and trapped insects. Inside clean but holes and scrapes in walls. A bit crude. OK for a couple college guys but not if brought my wife, or for retired guys or couples. Stairs 3 flights a bit much for older people.
Roscoe is an adorable town with many shops. This historic hotel was sorta cute, but the rooms were small and the bathroom had a very odd layout. The sheets were all dirty, covered in hair and some sort of crust on the pillows. The sheets that we tried to replace the dirty ones with we're also dirty. The bedroom nightstand had mouse terds. I wouldn't recommend this place, though the owner was responsive to my messages. Save yourself the trouble, sleep at a hotel in a bed that doesn't sag in the middle.
Great location, but that is all. Never met the host. A smoking area next to the front door results in neighbors conveying until the early morning hours, walking up and down on the wooden floors. The interconnecting door between apartments did not dampen any noise from the neighbors, we were up until 3 am listening to music and conversation. The double bed was utterly worn out and uncomfortable.
