Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres – All Inclusive offers 570 air-conditioned accommodations with free minibar items and a safe. Rooms open to balconies. Beds feature pillowtop mattresses. Smart televisions come with cable channels. Rooms have partially open bathrooms. Bathrooms include a separate bath and shower with in-room jetted baths and a rainfall showerhead. This property has to be one of the best All Inclusive stays I’ve been to. Everything was perfect to me and the drinks and the staff were excellent. The butter service is top tier and just the vibe of the resort makes it feel like an authentic luxury vacation. We will be coming back and I highly recommend travelers choosing Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres when visiting Mexico to make the most out of their vacation. Especially first timers.

We had our wedding at Majestic Elegance in 2025 and it was honestly perfect. The wedding coordinator Maria was amazing, our Butler Michelle took such good care of us, and the spa was so relaxing. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I’ve stayed in about 20+ different all-inclusive hotels and this would be one of the worst I’ve stayed at… The mosquitos are ridiculous you cannot even eat or enjoy the pool without being attacked.. All of the guests and even hotel staff complain about mosquitos. For the hotel price this shouldn’t even be a discussion. They should be spraying the grounds daily, and have tiki torches everywhere. This is one hotel I wish I never stayed at and will not be back

This was my first time in cancun and came to majestic because it was recommended by a family friend and it was such an amazing experience. Majestic had great food, service, and a fun atmosphere. I would recommend anyone to come here for a fun vacation with family and friends.

Over all the property was very clean. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. The food was decent not bad they had alot of choices which made it easy to find something to eat. They have different restaurants you can try as well for example Italian, steak house, Mexican and Japanese. The only downside to the property is that it’s more of a relaxing resort. It’s very quiet and not alot of stuff going on. I prefer to stay at a resort that has a more fun atmosphere like music, theme parties, a in house club etc. overall it was a nice property. Wouldn’t stay there again for what I prefer

Everything was excellent here with our stay after we got over the check in process. When we checked in they tried to offer us an “upgrade”. We booked a swim up room. They tried to upgrade us to a room on the 4th floor. When we said we weren’t interested they then admitted they didn’t have a swim up room for us. Our first night we were on the 4th floor then moved to a swim up the next day. That was the only disappointing part of the trip. After that the food, service and stay at the resort was excellent.
