The exterior of this beautiful property features a 9 x 3.5 m saltwater swimming pool with a depth ranging from 0.5 m to 1.8 m, as well as an outdoor shower where you can cool off during your stay. There are two terraces and a fully furnished porch where you can enjoy a wonderful evening with your companions or prepare a delicious meal on the fixed barbecue. The property is fenced and has no direct neighbours.

The interior is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a separate living room with three comfortable sofas, satellite TV and air conditioning. The kitchen, open to the dining area, is fully equipped with a gas stove and all the necessary utensils so you can cook just like at home. There is also a separate laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Two of the bedrooms are located on this floor. One has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, while the other has two single beds. A bathroom with a shower serves this floor. Going up the stairs, you will find the remaining four bedrooms, three of them with a double bed and the fourth with two single beds. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with a shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a wardrobe for your comfort, and if you are travelling with a baby we can provide a cot and a high chair.

The house is quite secluded and surrounded by peace and countryside. Just 4 km away lies the village of Costitx, with around 1,200 inhabitants, where every Saturday you can visit its traditional market offering local island products, both food and textiles. About 25 minutes by car, you will reach the island’s northern coast; the beaches of Can Picafort and Puerto de Alcudia are ideal for enjoying their crystal-clear waters and fine white sand, and they also boast more than 14 km of coastline.

Please note that Costitx is located in a flight path area, so there may be aircraft noise depending on the wind direction.
