The staff at the hotel were so accommodating and friendly. Our room and the whole hotel was very well designed. We slept so well, which was so needed. Left the hotel feeling refreshed. Loved my stay and will definetly be booking again.

Beds & water pressure need upgrades

My spouse and I were happy with everything, except 1) the size of the bed. I ended up sleeping with my young daughter bc I'm not sure how anyone can sleep with another full size person in a teeny tiny double bed (and we're not large people!); and 2) the water pressure - there was none. All three of us were very unhappy with our showers.

Good stay but room cleaning is confusing, 8 days stay not once was room visited by housekeeping . To make clear I usually want room cleaned for towels every second night stayed .first 4 nights before a room change I inquired about house keeping , front desk said I picked green so no house keeping, I said was not aware and asked if it’s something I did not see when booked online , she said no front desk should of asked you . Nope they didn’t , so the next 4 nights in changed room made sure green was not on the room change but 2 of the 4 nights I didn’t have door tag on room was not visited by housekeeping. Other then asking for towels was not a big deal, just a bit annoying
