Staff very polite and helpful. Great breakfast with loads of hot and cold options including gluten free items. The leisure areas also very nice. Rooms are clean, with free water bottles.

I am very disappointed that we had an issue when booking using the Hotels.com app and your Hotel did not refund the booking. I would have stayed at the Hotel if the booking was confirmed on the app. I had to stay at another Hotel and notified Hotels.com when this happened. They blamed Castleknock Hotel for not refunding the booking. This was a technical issue and I am the one that takes the extra cost. hotels.com and your hotel profited from a technical issues and i am at a loss. Very disappointing from both organisations.

Throughly enjoyed our stay at Castleknock. Such a warm welcome received, a stunning room - super size for our family of 4 and a lovely birthday card, balloon and chocolates for our son whose 9th birthday it was the day we checked in. So thoughtful and hugely appreciated. We enjoyed the leisure facilities, the great selection at breakfast and friendly staff. Thanks to all who made it so special. We will be back!
