Not Worth the Money We Paid While the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana is visually appealing, the overall experience didn’t match the high price tag. The resort is clearly understaffed, and service across the board is slow and inconsistent. Poolside service was especially disappointing. Unless you’re a Legendary member, expect to be ignored. When I calmly pointed out that my order was wrong, the waitress simply stared at me and said, “Lady, relax.” That kind of response is completely UNPROFESSIONAL. Even the pool chairs looked cheap, more like something you’d find at a budget hotel—not what you’d expect from a “luxury” resort. Sadly, it feels like this hotel values money more than its guests. Aside from the tasty Mediterranean and Lebanese dishes, the food was mediocre, and the overall service experience left a lot to be desired. I won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend it to others.

This resort was great! It was beautiful and the staff made it even better!!! There were just a couple of things that were not major at all but ppl should know. It’s pricey but I highly recommend getting a golf cart. Yes, they have shuttles all around the property coming around but it’s time wasted waiting. The food line at the main pool was my most negative experience. Waiting 45 mins for some hot dogs and fries was a terrible waste of time. Food and drinks were as expected…its a resort that has to serve thousands of ppl a day you’re not going to get 5 Star food/drinks. Major let down was the price for bug spray ($35) I literally gasped when she told me. So bring your own or get bit lol. The “Legendary” selling of vacation club packages was also a total let down. Our ignorance wasted 3hrs of our day…they made themselves seem like they were part of the Hard Rock staff when we walked in so we total fell for it. Now we know for the future. Since we have gone we probably wont go again but we would go to another Hard Rock location.

Hola, me gustaria que los trabajadores mostrasen mas empatia, principalmente los de los restaurantes, tienen cara de cansados y digustados.Tiene que mejorar la limpieza de los alrededores,hay escaleras muy sucias para ser in Hard Rock, las sabanas parecen viejas y la camas las tienden muy mal, servilletas con huecos , a mi me toco en el Toro restaurant,como otras cosas, no creo que repita, lo mejor es dl kids club y el mall tan bello de noche.Por lo demas la comida muy buena y lo mejor que me encanto que el agua era embotellada.

I really liked it but i didn't received a vip treatment even doe i paid a vip price via expedia i didn't get a bottle of wine as promised and chek in and out was not in vip area either parking the staffs volunteers on help me with parking and chek out.
