"Bewertung:
Das Hotel war wie eine riesige Massenanlage mit rund 3000 Gästen. Ganz egal, was man gegessen hat – das Essen hatte absolut keinen Geschmack. Ich habe sogar den Chefkoch darauf angesprochen und ihm gesagt, er solle das Essen selbst einmal probieren.
Das Personal wirkte überfordert, besonders in den Bereichen mit vielen Kindern (Kinderbereich / Garten). Insgesamt fehlt es hier an Qualität und persönlichem Service – Masse statt Klasse. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.
