Emplacement ideal et vue imprenable sur le golfe d'Ajaccio et les iles sanguinaires. Villa confortable et bien équipée. Coup de cœur assuré. Mention spéciale à Catherine et son mari qui nous ont accueilli avec beaucoup de sympathie.

Superbe vue

La vue de la terrasse est splendide et la plage d’argent est à 5 mn à pied. Nous avons été reçus par Caroline qui a fait le maximum pour nous accueillir dans les meilleures conditions.

Logement très bien placé, à 2 minutes de la très belle plage Mare E Sole. Terrasse très agréable. Problème sur le ménage plus que bâclé. Nous avons re- nettoyé pendant 2 heures. On a vu mieux comme arrivée ! La personne en charge du logement, qui ne s'est pas déplacé suite à notre appel, nous a simplement dis de nous estimer heureux car les lits étaient faits et les toilettes et la salle de bain propres... À peu près.

Soggiorno di 2 settimane a Coti Chiavari

La villa si trova in un contesto molto bello. A pochi passi ci sono km di sentieri dove poter passeggiare, la spiaggia più vicina alla proprietà era bellissima e non troppo affollata, raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. La villa rispecchia l'annuncio ed è dotata di una cucina con tutto il necessario. La veranda vista mare è magnifica. Purtroppo la villa all'arrivo non si presentava molto bene ,con armadi colmi di coperte scarpe vestiti e quanto altro, buttati tutti alla rinfusa. Ad eccezione del bagno la pulizia era scarsa. Purtroppo il check in è stato terribile. abbiamo avvisato da subito all atto della prenotazione per indicare l'orario di arrivo, ci è stato confermato che non c'erano problemi. Ho cominciato la mattina in cui saremmo arrivati a chiamare e scrivere per confermare l'orario e non mi ha più risposto nessuno.. il navigatore non è riuscito a portarci all'indirizzo giusto e dopo 9 ore di viaggio stanchi e accaldati ci siamo ritrovati senza sapere dove andare e con il dubbio che la casa non ci fosse! Dopo ulteriori 2 ore ci ha risposto chi doveva riceverci comunicandoci che stava arrivando. Quando è arrivato senza nemmeno scusarsi, alle nostre rimostranze ha detto se volete andatevene ( soggiorno completamente pagato in anticipo). Tutto questo in francese, lingua che noi purtroppo avevamo avvertito di non parlare e senza nemmeno sforzarsi di parlare inglese(che giovane non parla inglese al giorno oggi!?) Il giorno prima della partenza ci hanno richiesto 40 euro come tassa di soggiorno , abbiamo richiesto una ricevuta che accertasse il pagamento ma non ci è stata fatta. Noi come ospiti non siamo mai stati registrati, non so se sia una cosa giusta in Corsica, non conosco la normativa. Detto questo non mi sembra giusto penalizzare la proprietà per la totale incompetenza e maleducazione di chi non è stato in grado di fare il proprio lavoro lamentandosi che riceveva tanti messaggi e chiamate e non aveva tempo di rispondere a tutti..

La villa de Denis est très bien située pour profiter de la plage d’argent et se trouve au départ d'agréables sentiers de randonnée. Des restaurants sympathiques sont accessibles à pied, crêperie, pizzeria, etc… Les autres commerces sont accessibles en voiture, entre 5 et 10 mn. 15 pour un supermarché. La vue sur le golfe d’Ajaccio est superbe ! Les chambres sont de bonne taille et l’on y dort bien. Elément à connaître pour les jeunes parents : il y a des escaliers entre le séjour et les chambres, et des escaliers descendant de la terrasse. La sdb avec la grande douche à l’italienne est comme neuve. Attention : petit oubli involontaire dans la description : la baignoire annoncée ne s’y trouve plus. Pas un gros problème pour nous, notre fille de 17 mois a appris la douche. Personnellement je préférais utiliser la douche extérieure au retour de la plage, très pratique pour ne pas ensabler la villa. Denis veut que ses locataires ne manquent de rien et il y a tout l’équipement nécessaire. Tellement que certains éléments, sans doute parce que nous étions les premiers locataires depuis un bon moment (basse saison puis covid obligent), méritaient un petit nettoyage. Mais rien de méchant. La clim ne fonctionnait pas bien, nous en aurions eu besoin sur les quelques jours avant notre départ mais nous avons fait sans. Ca arrive, surtout après une longue période d'inoccupation. Cela a sans doute été réglé depuis. Mais peut-être un contrôle aurait-il pu être fait avant notre arrivée. La communication avec Denis est simple. Il est réactif et arrangeant. Jade et Kevin qui ont assuré l’entrée et la sortie des lieux sont sympathiques. Jade nous a notamment recommandé un resto que nous sommes contents d’avoir testé. Nous recommandons donc la villa de Denis, et nous y retournerions volontiers.
