No complaints

The staff at Lazaat are lovely. Wasn't disappointed with the room at all, very clean, comfortable and well decorated. Breakfast was great too, thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Will be returning!

Just okay

Unfriendly staff in the week before check in and on trying to check in (receptionist sighed at us!). Contacted in the before stay saying we may well be disturbed by weddings but no balance in letting us check in 25 minutes early - oh but we could if we paid extra to check in at noon (1:35 before we tried to check in). Spacious room and big bed but the room and bathroom (which smelled of damp) was tired and in need of refurbishment. Would have thought £65-£70 for the room and £6 for breakfast and not ge £120 we paid (we booked 6 months before the stay)
