Located in the charming village of Courçon, south of the Marais Poitevin, this 35 m² stone house welcomes up to 4 guests. It features one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa that can be used as an extra bed. The fully equipped private kitchen opens onto the living area, creating an inviting space to share meals and relax. Enjoy Wi-Fi, a private TV, a coffee machine with complimentary coffee and tea to start your stay, and a baby cot.



Outside, you can use the furnished communal terrace and the heated outdoor pool, shared with the owners. Toys and books for children and a ping-pong table are also available.



A shared parking space on site makes your stay easier. Please note that events are not allowed.
