The main issue I had was logging onto the hotel WiFi. I don't know about other phones but it was almost impossible with an android phone. Just kept getting error messages. Why not just make it easy to get into the hotel WiFi rather than difficult?

Would of helped if the TV wasn't broken in the room and you have kids that want to watch TV, asked to change room's and was told they are fully booked out when the next morning all the other rooms in our floor were being cleaned. Very disappointed with this experience as I've stayed in other Days Inn which were way better.

I had multiple emails regarding the stay leading up to our visit, which was getting a bit much. I had 2 regarding checking in online, so I did check in online. When we arrived we were told by the person behind the desk to use the self serve check in, which we did, we then had to input our car registration on the parking system and pay £5, which there was no mention of this when booking. It seems pointless filling all the information in on the online check in, to only do it again when you arrive. The room was ok, but not clean and the toilet seat was broken and almost off the edge of the bowl. There was a very questionable crusty white mark and patches on the curtain. There was such a build up of dust and hair where the TV was and the walls were splattered with some form of fluid. We were only supplied 2 bath towels, even though there were 4 of us. Also there is only 2 plug sockets in the entire room. On a positive note, the shower was good.
