From the time we entered the house it was evident that it had not been cleaned to any standards. The Grass at the front of the house were long and not had any care for some time and the side and rear yard were the same. Kitchen area benches were not clean as were the shower and toilet areas. Toilet seats apart from one were all loose or broken. The welcome gift, what a joke this was, an empty bag and a pack of playing cards on the table wow thanks very much. We were going to have a family bbq and checked the condition of this. It was discussting, and in the cupboard under it where you would expect the cleaning supplies to be was discussting, with several rags that had had multiple uses and just left there. We went and purchesed our own cleaning supplies. The 5th bedroom upstairs, what a joke, a double bunk in a passage with a big window and no blind. There was no washing powder or liquid soap for the washing machine and all the cleaning tools ie vacume cleaner, brooms, mop etc were all laying on the floor in laundry. Not to mention the big black mould spot on the laundry cealing. I wont keep going although i have plenty more to say. I have several pictures of all mentioned items and others. In all what a pity that there is no pride taken in what could be a remarkable family retreat. Note: cleaners wont have a lot to do for next guests, we left facility cleaner than we found it. Very disappointing with entire stay. Put a bad taste in our family time together. Ray
