Units newly renovated. Clean units, comfortable beds. Heating was good too. Easy check in process and even easier checking out using the key dropbox. I would recommend Tropicana and it is very price effective too. Thank you 😊

It is very disappointing to have to leave this review. Photos on the website are not true to life. Even though we were given an uppgrade to King room from a Queen, the bed was so uncomfortable (too soft) and kept rolling away from the head board. The bathroom was disappointing and though appeared clean was in desperate need of repair or modernised. The door to the room had a small gap between the jamb and the wall so you could see daylight coming in (and possibly bugs?) They were a bit conservative with the towels. The pool was tiny and water was cloudy so we did not use it. Other guest decided to sit outside and there conversations were a bit loud. The accommodation was definitely not worth th $280 for a Monday and Tuesday night. It has a potential to be a beautiful property if some money was invested to improve its presentation. Also, the menus to local restaurants made available in the office were quite outdated as the prices were not current and and ended up being more expensive.

Lovely stay

Had a lovely time staying here, the rooms were lovely, bed comfortable and everything clean and tidy. The pool was also well maintained and very nice! The member of staff we spoke with was very nice and accommodating, if we are in the area will definately stay again or at one if the others in the chain.

Great little motor inn, super clean

Basic motor inn, but sparkling clean and quite comfy. If heading to phillip island for penguins or something else then definitely a place u can stay a couple of nites

Great location, very quiet and peaceful yet close to all local amenities. Rather dated but very clean and well equipped units. Kids loved the pool. Would stay again.

Room is very very clean though old. Bed was perfectly made, linen is super clean& crisp. Room is of good size for 2. Crockery/ cutlery/ microwave/kettle all there if u need. Dish soap/ hand soap/ bath soap/ shampoo all there too. We made use of the room for just a very short time. We spent the night to avoid driving back to Melbourne after the penguin parade. Dedicated parking lot for each room.
