Situé prÚs magnifique parc Chankanaab sur la rive ouest de l'ßle et à seulement 10 minutes de la ville de San Miguel se trouve la Casa Vista del Mar dans le complexe de condominiums appelé "COZUMEL PARADISE '. Voir nos autres annonces à VRBO # 73642 & # 150035. Chaque condo peut avoir jusqu'à six personnes, ou l'hÎte d'un «parti pour 12 'en réservant le bùtiment entier!

Ceci est l'une des unités les plus spéciaux dans le complexe, il est situé directement sur le front de mer et pas d'autres bùtiments ou des obstructions bloquer votre vue de premier choix de l'océan. Il est à moins de 150 pieds du bord de l'eau! Chaque unité dispose d'une chambre 3 spacieuses, 2 salles de bains disposition qui comprend également une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, d'un salon et d'un patio facilement accessible avec table et chaises.

Des vues spectaculaires et de magnifiques couchers de soleil depuis le salon, la chambre principale et d'un balcon. Panoramas du privé sur le toit sont incroyables. Apportez un bon livre et se détendre ou apporter vos jumelles et regarder les bateaux de plongée et bateaux de croisiÚre glisser par.

Family Vacation

We absolutely enjoyed staying at this property! The location with a beach area and decent snorkeling out front was wonderful and made it so we could just stay put and relax on site if we wanted. We enjoyed the resorts on each side for activities and eats and drinks. This unit was very clean and maintained daily by staff. The occupants around us were all very enjoyable. We would rent a car or motorcycle next time just because taxis aren’t consistent with prices but are mostly readily available if need one. Also enjoyed cooking on site and would get to grocery store sooner since resorts close by 5pm and not much for food in this area once they are closed. We would love staying here again if we decide to come back to Cozumel.

Great, but

Overall, the place was great, and Damien was easy to communicate with. Our only issue was with the way the condo was advertised. We were in Cozumel for my daughter’s wedding. We were deciding between several condos in the area, and Hippie Bob’s stood out because of the rooftop “party palapa.” It was advertised as a great space for family gatherings for things like family reunions and weddings. Well, turns out, you can only “gather” 7 people. Which is exactly the number of people who can stay in the condo. The rooftop palapa is very awesome. And completely worthless for what we were expecting it to be. We weren’t going to have some raging party. We simply wanted to have 15-20 of our family members over for drinks/chips and guac for a couple of hours since they had traveled to the wedding, and it is easily big enough for that. And don’t get me wrong, I totally understand when hosts don’t want a bunch of extra people at the property. I was just so excited that this one WOULD purportedly allow it. Which is exactly what tipped the scales in Hippie Bob’s favor when we were deciding which place to choose. To be fair, Damien did tell us that we could only have 7 people, but it was only AFTER I messaged him to reserve the palapa, not thinking it would be a problem at all. So, enjoy the condo—it is quite lovely and clean. And enjoy the palapa with the folks you are staying. Just don’t expect to use it for more than that. If they haven’t changed the listing, they should.

Perfect Location

The location, pool, and beach area are great (bring water shoes)! It is nice having the bars, restaurants, and activities right next door. They do close early evening so it is quiet at night.Damian, the property manager is excellent - responds fast and goes above and beyond (Vanessa the housekeeper is also a gem). The only reason I did not rate this a 5 is because the interior could use updating and although there are plenty of places to have a meal or play cards, there really is not a comfortable place inside or outside to lounge around and chit chat. The swinging bed is amazing but it's only for1 or maybe 2 people.

Charming Cozumel Beachfront Condo

This condo is just as described and better. We will be back. Clean, well appointed, comfortable, beachfront ocean and pool access. The manager assisted in coordinating a seamless check in and check out. Had one problem getting TV to show USStations and manager was there within 5 minutes and helped sort out our technology needs. Enjoy. You won’t regret staying

Amazing Location! Beautiful and eclectic home!

This property was stunning and we very much appreciate the stained glass bird window in the main bedroom, as well as the mural painted on the patio. The home was comfortable, fully stocked, and most importantly: have a great location right on the sand! We highly recommend I would love to come back!

Fantastic Location

We had a wonderful stay. Damian was amazing, responding immediately to my questions, going above and beyond by providing lots of additional information. Incredible sunsets. Steps from the beach. The only disappointment was the snorkeling out front. Lots of reviews said how amazing it was. We were not impressed. Other than that, we had a great time.

The condo has excellent views and many good features. The fact that the property manager was always available and personable was a plus (Go Damien). The condo was supplied with an abundance of towels, large showers, and comfortable bedding, super cool door locking system and a/c units that knew when you were in a room or not. I must add that this complex does not have exactly what I would call a walk in beach area, It is very rocky. I believe this is most likely true of most Cozumel properties. Bring your own snorkel equipment as we couldn't find a place to rent any. The kitchen in this unit photographs well but in reality is too tight but very functional. The unit is priced right.

Awesome

My sons and I were on Cozumel for a SCUBA trip. The condo was perfect for us with three bedrooms and AC everywhere. The kitchen and living room are very comfortable and the ocean view is spectacular. There is a private cabana for just a couple of units on top of the building that is awesome. Our dive company picked us up and dropped us off at the beach in front of the unit every day. The property manager was amazing—friendly, responsive, and always available. We will be back!

The condo was beautiful and spacious, very quiet, fully equipped, even a surprise of some snorkeling gear! Damien was very helpful with every little question, we couldn’t have asked for more. The location was breathtaking

Great stay!

Damien/Rosie were wonderful to work with from start to finish as the property managers. The property is between 2 beach clubs. Easy access from the road but not covered with cruise line customers. The pool was great. We loved the location of the property with a view of the ocean. We were there during a very hot week but were able to stay cool inside at night. Our toddler was with us so she enjoyed everything about Cozumel. We were very pleased!

What a GEM!!!!!

From the condo to the location to the private palapa to the host!!!! What an amazing week spent at Hippie Bobs at Paradise Condo!! Damien, the property manager, is so very helpful and friendly and very prompt in communication! 10 stars for our experience top to bottom. Condo is very clean, up to date, beds are super comfortable, and mini split a/c in each bedroom. Great location, great snorkeling! We saw tons of sting rays daily, and an octopus and squid on a night snorkeling trip!

Great week!

My adult daughters and I enjoyed our stay! The recommendation were great! We went to eat at casa mission and enjoyed coconuts. Both beach clubs on either side were very accommodating! Scuba shack was awesome! I did a scuba refresh and it was very informative. They were able to accommodate me diving and my daughters snorkeling in the same boat!

Perfect for family

Discover paradise at Hippie Bob & Diana's Second Floor Beach House in Cozumel! This charming condo offers an idyllic retreat right on the beach, with incredible snorkeling opportunities just steps away. Our kids loved spotting reef fish, sharks, and octopuses in the crystal-clear waters. Plus, Barefoot Lounge, our favorite restaurant, is just a short walk away. Snorkel fun

I always enjoy the snorkeling here. Although more ropes have gone up which some are unnecessary. There could be an alley to let us cross more easily without rope. Communication with property manager was quick and easy with what’s App. I hope he fixes some issues as promised.
