The receptionist was wonderful. The Expedia App indicated that our chosen room was pet friendly but did not give me an option to add our pet to the reservation. When we arrived our room was not one of their pet friendly rooms. The receptionist quickly and pleasantly addressed the problem and our pet stayed with us instead of in our car. We arrived at 10pm. At 7am she was back on duty, pleasantly checking us out despite her fatigue.

Lack of communication between staff…

Check in was fast and accommodating. Requested at the front desk to have our room cleaned while we were out for the day on Thursday and came back to the garbages empty and the dirty towels removed but that’s it. Beds were left unmade and the towels weren’t replenished. Requested our room to be cleaned when we were out for the day on Friday and let the front desk know what had happened the day before. Both ladies jotted my room number on slips of paper and said it would be done. Came back in the evening to absolutely nothing cleaned in our room. Both times the cleaning staff had gone home for the day so nothing could be done. At checkout they were going to charge me an extra $50 that had shown up on their invoice but I showed them my hotels.com receipt which they honoured. The stay could’ve been better but it also could’ve been way worse.

Quick Golf trip overnighter

Hotel was pretty good overall. Room was good, clean. Ceiling above shower needed cleaning and mattress was too soft for my liking but overall a good experience.

The room was out dated and smelled like smoke. I think a good deep cleaning of the carpets and a fresh coat of paint would help with the smell and the out dated feel. The breakfast was great!
