Newly remodeled condo on the shuttle route, with a hot tub and garage parking. Note: the unit requires climbing one flight of stairs to reach the entrance, plus stairs inside the unit. Parking is available for 2 vehicles, one in the garage.



This beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo with garage is a great home base for your Crested Butte adventures. Map out your favorite runs on Mt. Crested Butte right from the living room window, then catch the free shuttle to the base area just steps from the condo entrance.



Up on the 2nd floor, you'll find the main living area, complete with an electric fireplace and a large smart TV — a comfortable spot to unwind after a day in the mountains. This floor also has a dining area that seats 6 and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook at home. On a nice day, step out onto the deck off the living room for expansive views of the Mt. Crested Butte area.



The next floor up holds the primary suite, with a king bed, smart TV, private deck, and an ensuite bath with a soaking tub — a nice spot for morning coffee. A second bedroom on this floor has a queen bed, a smart TV, and a full bathroom with a shower.



The top floor is a bunk room with a twin-over-queen bed, a large smart TV, and a dedicated workspace



All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils, and small appliances like a blender, crockpot, coffee maker, microwave and toaster. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.



There is a garage for storing all your gear and 1 vehicle. 2 parking spaces are available to you with one being the garage space. In the garage there is a full size washer and dryer and an extra full size refrigerator.

Outside, and just about a 100 feet from your condo is a shared hot tub for the complex and a grill that is for communal use. The hot tub is open seasonally for the entire winter season and roughly mid-June to the end of September. If this amenity is important to you in the early summer or fall please do reach out and we can confirm if it is or will be open. Please note there is not a grill at the condo itself. The hot tub is open Memorial Day to October 1st for summer use. And in the winter it is open Opening day of the ski season (the day before Thanksgiving) until Closing Day at the resort.

Unfortunately this complex cannot accommodate trailers of any kind and pets are NOT allowed.

The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, except for children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian.

Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.

This complex is located in Mt. Crested Butte on Marcellina Ln on the west side across from the ski area.



Getting Around:

It is about a 10 minute walk to the resort. The free shuttle stops on the road right in front of the condo.

As a guest of Mountain Sunrise, Hot tub, Shuttle Route, Garage, you'll find a hot tub and barbecue grills. The front desk is open around the clock.
