Overall it was much older looking that the photos online. It needs more maintenance than I can describe. Rusty window latches, shower curtains than can’t prevent water from spreading on your bathroom floor, breakfast area has an old age home feel to it. Staff was beyond excellent though. The competition in town is fierce because those properties are much newer and pristine. Comfort Inn is exceptional and makes this place look like Land of the Lost. It needs an overhaul from Radisson. Shouldn’t have that brand name, it was deceiving to me. Never falling for that again when in Crestview.

Comfort Inn

The site was always clean, bed was comfortable and the shower had hot water. Receptionist Daiza was always cordial. I also liked the laminate flooring in the room. Much cleaner than carpet and they didn't put any products on it that would cause your feet to be sticky. What more could a person want?
