Behind the house there is a beautiful pool area with a 32 m² large and 1.6 m deep pool. Right next to it there is a sauna, some sports equipment and a bar. The flat has a private car park, which is provided free of charge. A footpath leads from the house to the village centre and the nearest beach called Kastel. Although the house is in a quiet location, the town centre with restaurants, cafés, shops, excursion boats and many other leisure activities is only a few minutes' walk away.
