Modern private suite on local cherry orchard

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located on a small local cherry orchard backing onto the Kawarau River, you won’t have to move far to see stunning scenery.
Make yourself a cuppa and walk down to greet our cheeky goats George and Dobby, and Hermione the deer.

The space
This BnB is an entirely private suite that consists of a large bedroom, full bathroom and a comfortable lounge room that has a kitchenette ready with a continental breakfast.
This kitchenette has a kettle, toaster, microwave and mini fridge, as well as plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, wine glasses and cutlery.
Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar and full-cream milk are provided, as well as marmite, honey, peanut butter, jam and margarine for the bread that is in the fridge for you.
If toast isn't your jam, there is Weetbix, cornflakes and quick oats.

As we are only available for short-term accommodation, we encourage all of our guests to visit our local restaurants, whether eat-in or takeaway. 🤗
However, there is a microwave, toaster and mini fridge for those nights you just need to blob!

Guest access
While the suite is attached to the house, you will have a completely locked-off, quiet and private area to yourself.

Guests are welcome to explore the property at the front, where the two goats (George and Dobby) and deer (Hermione) are kept.

There is also a track down to the back of the property, which leads you to a picnic table looking over the Kawarau Gorge and vineyards such as Black Quail Estate, Terra Sancta, Felton Road and Mount Difficulty.

You can even access a track down to the river track for a walk either left or right of the property, 30 minute walk to the Bannockburn Bridge (left) and 35 minute walk to Panners.

Please inform us in your message if you:
- Have pets coming to stay
- Have any dairy or gluten allergies

We are an orchard/small farm so please expect normal farm activities to occur and animals to be around during your stay.

While we love children, this is a relaxing space for couples and friends. Please find family friendly accommodation if you have children needing to stay with you.
