Lavaughn house is located on the first floor (not ground level) and shares the enticing pool with our other guests. With three air-conditioned bedrooms (including a master ensuite), Lavoughn house has sufficient space to house a family getaway, small group, girls trip or guys hang out. Bathrooms are modern, spacious and well kept. The living and dining rooms are adjoining and a sprawling porch overlooks the garden. There is a laundry room equipped with washer and dryer. The large kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, smoothie blender, waffle maker and other kitchen utensils.
