What a stunning home! Honestly, the pictures do it no justice. It's beautifully decorated and well stocked. The master bedroom was absolutely gorgeous with a screened in porch that gives you an amazing view of the sunsets! Loved the outside area! Lots of seating, a Blackstone grill, a dock for your boat! We made so many wonderful memories here! Sun, fun, food, friends. Perfect house! Perfect host!

Exploring Cryatal River

We stayed 6 weeks at this lovely house. Charity is a very attentive host - answered all of our questions and took care of our problem promptly. The house was well supplied with everything you need. The neighborhood was quiet, close to the attractions, and friendly.

Beautiful, spacious waterfront home. Plenty of empty drawers/cabinets to make yourself at home. Homeowner, Charity, was very friendly, accommodating, and responsive. The weather was cold when we stayed, but we noticed lots of fun things to play with in better weather (kayaks, bikes, hammocks, fire pit, chaise loungers, giant connect 4 & jenga, etc.) There were also board games & puzzles inside, which we enjoyed.Everything was in good condition, clean, and well cared for. Wish I could give more than 5 stars, especially for cleanliness - things looked freshly painted and/or brand-new.Beautiful gas stove, and new, easy-to-operate washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Nice laundry supplies and toiletries were provided.Had brief interaction with next-door neighbor, who was very friendly.Very highly recommend this home.

Lovely Canal Home in Crystral River

This house was wonderful! It was so inviting we felt like we were at home! It was very well equipped and we didn't need anything that wasn't provided. We didn't get to use the water, but there was a great boat lift and kayaks in the garage. We will definitely stay here again if it is available!

Beautiful property on the water. Lovely light filled lounge with comfortable sofas and two screened balconies with good seating. Exceptionally well equipped inside and out. Communication with Charity, our host, was amazing and she went above and beyond to make everything exceptional. Great at any time but even more amazing in the aftermath of two major storms.

Great Experience and Accommodations

Myself, my father and my father-in-law wanted to come explore Crystal River and the fishing available in the area. We were looking for a house with good dock access primarily (in case we wanted to come back with our boat). We were fishing two days with Hang 'Em High Sportfishing and the house ended up being the perfect spot between the Shrimp Landing Marina and town. The neighborhood was quiet and the house furnishings were all nice and cozy. We had no issues. Communication with the property manager was easy and the check-in/out process was smooth. We would definitely consider staying here again if we come back to Crystal River.

This home exudes relaxation and convenience! It is absolutely gorgeous. Privacy with master en-suite upstairs. My family loved the two screened in porches overlooking the water. We rented a boat and were able to hop on and go anytime we wanted. Absolutely amazing.

Nature Coast Getaway

We spent just over a month at this wonderful property. It is spacious, well appointed, and comfortable. We only had one minor issue which the host took care of right away. It was fantastic sitting in the elevated screened in porch and dining area which look out over the adjacent canal. We spotted dolphins and river otters cruising in the water. We kept a small boat at the dock and enjoyed nearby fishing. The property has great outdoor areas and wonderful landscaping. Highly recommended! Dave and Mary

Great Vacation and Rental Home

We truly enjoyed our stay here and plan to come back! This vacation rental is in a great location and is very clean. Communication was great from start to finish with the rental owner. We enjoyed swimming with manatees, plenty of dolphin watching and ate at some very yummy restaurants. Highly recommend staying here!

Loved it so much we extended our stay!

Charity was a fabulous host and made our stay that much better! We loved the home and the layout we especially enjoyed the early hours of the morning, watching the sun rise, and the myriad of birds through what we called Bird Alley, the waterway behind the home. it was truly beautiful and a rare experience for nature lovers who are not used to the wildlife of Florida. The home had a great location for being close to everywhere we wanted to go in Crystal River.

The house and property are lovely and the host is very responsive and reliable. My family and i really enjoyed our stay. We had an issue with a bathroom sink and it was instantly addressed. The only disappointment we had was not being able to use the kayaks because the tide was low when we wanted to launch them. They can only be launched when the tide is high enough to be at the dock level. There is no area to put them in the water from land.

Three Sisters Spring Manatee Weekend

This house was spectacular. From the views to all of the amenities. We actually did not have time to use most of what was included. The house was beautiful inside and was very clean upon arrival. All correspondence with the property manager was seamless and everything went as planned. The neighbors were even very nice. The location of the house is really spectacular. Off the beaten path a bit and right on the water. We even saw a mama manatee and her baby swim right by. I give this house 5 of 5 stars and if we get back to the area next year, we will look for this house again.

Crystal River vacation home

This property is great for a relaxing getaway on the canals, but still close enough to town for supplies and restaurants. We enjoyed the great outdoor space & 3 balconies. The floor plan of the house was perfect for our family ( 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms- luxurious master bathroom) great Wi-Fi, ample amenities, clean, comfy beds, and Charity the hostess was wonderful. She genuinely cares about the safety and well being of her guests.

Fantastic property in Crystal River (Dixie Shores)

We have stayed at many Crystal River VRBO properties over the years and this one is among the best. The house is right on the water and on a quiet street. It was unaffected by the recent hurricane. The house is very clean and everything seems pretty new. Nice, private master suite upstairs with 2 bedrooms on the main level. The property manager was helpful and incredibly responsive. We enjoyed Crystal River but also spent a day in Gainesville for the UF/UT game (one hour drive). Highly recommend this property for a family vacation or group of friends. Would definitely rent this property again.
