The handle in the shower was broken so I could not take a shower. The toilet paper holder was positioned almost behind the toilet so it was hard to reach. There was some kind of rumbling off and on all night which interrupted sleep. At 7:30 in the morning some kind of machinery was used in the parking area right outside my room: very loud, prevented sleep. I will never stay there again.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had a small stove, frig, and cookware. Housekeeping came in daily to clean up. The towels were clean and nice. They provided pool towels. The pool was clean. The tiki bar was nice and we had a shrimp po boy and cheeseburger and they were really good. The slaw was great. Service was great. We hope to return. Close to lots of activities and shopping. Everything was great. Free breakfast was nice and convenient.

It was a very safe area. The property is large and very easy to walk. It has a lot of amenities. A very nice lobby, an excellent breakfast, a tiki bar with great food. The pool and hot tub overlook the water. There is a nice pavilion to watch the sunsets. They also have an adventure center so you can book excursions. They have a great gift shop. This place has it all! Plus, the staff is on point.

Great location

Nice room (king suite) but the mattress was awful. Other than that, I'd stay there again! Nice tiki bar for drinks on property before dinner at Crackers (right next door so you can walk)

The room was clean and pretty spacious with an additional sitting area. The bathroom was quite small. We did not use the kitchen but there was a mini fridge, stovetop, coffee station and large sink. The balcony overlooked a little grassy area. Our room was next to a busy road - I would ask if availability closer to water next time. Fun new gift shop on property, adventure outings available to book and nice tiki bar next to pool and lounge area. Great location to see local springs, shopping restaurants in historic area of Crystal River.
