The room was very clean, bed linens were nice white and crisp. pillows were very great, they had firm and soft ones which I thought was a nice thing to offer, towels were very large, white and clean. All the bathroom fixtures had been replaced with really nice ones. There are only two things I can say that is negative about the room, the carpet is old and needs replaced and the other thing is the price for one night was insanely high. I won't go back to this hotel for this reason, otherwise I would love to visit again. Don't let the free breakfast draw you here, it was terrible. Biscuits weren't done and the gravy was like paste, the coffee was terrible.

The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Disappointed to not have any body wash (shampoo, conditioner and body lotion available) offered. Also did not appreciate that the cost of the room as shown on line differed from the actual booking cost (before fees and taxes added).

Everything about our stay was excellent. The cleaning lady on our floor was very pleasant and did an excellent job. Unfortunately I can't remember her name but we stayed on the 3rd floor.

The room ans property was very clean. However, my check in experience lacked. The person checking me in stated we would not have cleaning service for the three days we would be there. When I questioned that and asked again if I could not have cleaning service. He said I could bring down towels and he would replace. On the bathroom mirror was a small sticker stating the cleaning process, but said if cleaning service was needed to contact the front desk and request.
