Grand salon / salle à manger avec canapé-lit et télévision à écran plat. Planchers de terrazo dans toute la maison. Le salon s'ouvre sur la grande salle de jeux de Floride. Profitez d'un trou de maïs, d'une table de ping-pong, d'une télévision et d'une station de jeux. La chambre principale a un lit king-size, un sol stratifié en bois, une télévision à écran plat, des placards pour lui et sa salle de bain privée avec douche à l'italienne. De l'autre cÎté de la maison se trouvent les deux chambres d'hÎtes - la chambre d'amis n ° 1 a - 2 lits superposés - plein en bas et un jumeau en haut. Chambre d'hÎtes # 2 a un lit king size, salle de bains et placard. Il y a une salle de bain d'hÎtes entre les deux chambres avec un combo baignoire / douche. Il y a un foyer au bois entre le salon et la salle à manger au centre de la maison. La cuisine comprend deux fours, un réfrigérateur, un four micro-ondes intégré, un évier double et un coin petit-déjeuner. Buanderie intérieure avec laveuse et sécheuse. We thoroughly enjoyed our New Year's stay in Crystal River! The location is unbeatable for anyone looking to be close to the manatee action. The house features a private dock, and while we didn't take advantage of it, you could easily paddle a kayak directly to the springs.Our kids loved hanging out by the canal in the back, fishing and watching the adventure pontoon boats head out each day. It’s worth noting that the canal gets active early, with some engine starts around 5:30 AM, but it adds to the "fishing village" charm of the area.The property is tucked away at the end of a dead-end street, so there was almost no traffic, making it feel very quiet and safe. We did have a minor issue with the neighbor’s dogs barking, but the host was incredibly responsive. They put us in touch with the neighbors (who were very nice!) and even provided a bark control device that solved the problem.Overall, a great, secure spot for a family getaway. We’d definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect house for our group! We came to go scalloping, and we trailered a 28 foot boat. The location is perfect and the house is very large, clean, comfortably decorated and FULLY stocked. We would gladly book again, any time of the year.

Perfect Location.

Great house in the perfect location. We had 11 people in the house and there is plenty of room to have your own space. Well equipped with everything you need. The ice machine is a life saver. The only bad news is the house is already booked for the dates we wanted next year

50th Birthday Get Away

Plenty of room! As most say, the commercial ice maker was fantastic. Easy access to the water and a quick trip to Kings Bay. Manatee were present every day we were there, with a family of 5 swimming by the dock one afternoon. Fishing not great (could be time of year). Lanai porch is in some disrepair and could use some tlc on the screen and a new door closer. Over all was a very hospitable place and would recommend to anyone looking for a good weekend (or longer) getaway.

Amazing! Easy access. Superb location! We swam right off the dock in the canal. Morning & evening manatee sightings from the screened in back patio. Garage was a bonus. Cycling distance to so much! And delivery services were quick!

Great Place

We stayed here for memorial day weekend. The place is much bigger than the pictures show. We were very impressed & plan to book again. Ice maker out back is a huge win. Also, the spare propane tank in the garage came in handy when the other on the grill ran out. Filet table out back was great.

Spring Break!

We loved the property. Perfect for our two family’s. Tons of space and above and beyond everything you need. Ping pong table was a huge hit! We were there to kayak and see manatees. 3 sisters spring is an absolute must! It was a long paddle for our crew but we made it! Very close to hunter springs beach. We took the kayaks there and launched them. That is a must do as well! On our last day we rented a boat from the adventure center across the water and had a fabulous time seeing everything by boat. We hope to visit again soon!

Family Manatee Vaca

There were 6 of us that made it out of 11. We could have easily and comfortably slept all 11. The convenience to get on the water daily was superb! We saw 5 manatees playing in the canal for over an hour, and we were even visited by 3 bald eagles at one time! Game room was an added bonus for the teens. We had a great time sitting on the screened porch watching the rain. Super spacious and 3 bathrooms made for great privacy for all. Loved this home!!

Perfect winter getaway!

Great house four our group of 9 and a couple of pups! Close to everything in town, easy paddle to all of the springs, well equiped kitchen, comfy beds, manatees in the back yard, etc. Had a great week and would definitely stay here again!

Down Time Needed

The house was simply amazing. There was enough room for everyone and then some if needed. We loved the 2 master suites with the on suites. The location was perfect. Excellent location

House is located on a quiet dead end street. House is very spacious and clean. It is equipped with everything you need so no worries about forgetting anything. It has multiple boat slips. I have a 26’ fishing boat and had no issues getting in and out. With all of that said the best part was how accommodating and helpful the owners were. You won’t regret renting this house.

Great spacious house. The ping pong table and ice machine were great additions. Having a place to park the boat trailer was great! The no-seeums were bad in the evenings and the tidal swing made it difficult to use the boat slip. Outside of those two things which the host can’t control, everything was Awesome!
