The room was comfortable, but the shower definitely needs a garrison, as the water floods the whole bathroom. Amenities were good, but the distance to downtown and services in general were very limited.

La habitación junior suite con cama queen estaba en perfectas condiciones. El desagüe saturado y se salía el agua de la ducha pero tienen otro en mitad del baño para que no se inunde . La piscina ok aunque el agua está bastante fría . En el momento de nuestra estancia no había servicio de restaurante así que tuvimos que salir para cenar. Personal amable , desayuno rico. Chilaquiles café, un pan y fruta

Excelente lugar para relajarse y descansar! Está cerca del centro de Cuerna y de fácil acceso. No hay lugares cerca de comer , pero se resuelve pidiendo comida por alguna aplicación

Hotel muy acogedor con un personal muy atento .

El hotel esta muy limpio, la atención de todo el personal es maravillosa. Siempre atentos y muy serviciales . Lo único que le falta a los cuartos es aire acondicionado o en su defecto un ventilador . Aunque esta situado en la parte baja de cuernavaca, que es menos caliente, en los cuartos si siente in poco de calor .
