Charming property with very good location , close to shopping centers, supermarkets and movie theaters. The house has 4 bedrooms all with in- suite bathroom. The fist bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin size beds. The third bedroom has a queen size and a twin size bed and finally the last bedroom has a king size bed.It has a TV room with 2 sofa beds, cable tv, computer with printer and wireless wifi all over the property. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, blender, microwave, coffee maker, juice extractor, foreman and everything you might need for cooking.
It has a large garden with a nice swimming pool equipped with solar and heat pump if needed for a warmer water temperature.
The house has a garage for up to 6 cars (3 of them under roof)
Pets are allowed, no parties or events can take place unless approval by the owners. Music should be lowered after 22:30 hours and turned off at 1:00 hours.
The house has orange, lemon, lime, pomegranade, tangerine, and several other fruit trees trees.
It has a large garden, a billiard and soccer football table and a very nicer veranda and small terrace suitable for enjoying the beautiful weather and just relax.
