As the house is huge, we book individual bedrooms,. We offer one Private Master Bedroom ( bathroom attached) and one Private Bedroom ( shared Bathroom ) in the first floor, plus three Private Bedrooms ( Shared Bathroom ) in the first, Two Shared Bathrooms. We offer a living room, dining room, Full Kitchen and Kitchenette, Barbecue area ( with previous reservation only ) , all equipped .

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Make sure you have all your personal belongings with you before leaving the house. Drop the key inside of the letter’s box at the gate, and close the pedestrian’s gate, this will close automatically.
In the case of the guests don’t return keys, tags or gate controls, we will ask for reimbursement of the this. Be careful, please.
