Ice machine broke, tv remote impossible to use. Check in was friendly but told is nothing about hotel or breakfast. No coffee in room had to go to front desk. Cleaning person the following day nearly plowed into us woth her cart. Had we not stopped and hugged the wall she would have. We said good .morning and she growled at us. Room was clean.

First room sink didn’t drain and toilet wouldn’t flush. Next room had tears in carpet and mildew on bathroom ceiling. Front desk worker and hotel owner were very unprofessional and rude. We left a day early and filed a complaint with corporate office about their behavior. Definitely would not recommend this dump!

Had to change rooms twice. First door wouldn’t lock. 2nd room smelled like death. 3rd room dark room. The light coming in didn’t work. It gets worse… we had to move the lamp to the nightstand. It wasn’t plugged in because it could reach the socket. Why have a lamp you cannot turn on. Then getting into bed there were crumbs and a wad of hair in the bed. Coffee maker so dirty that coffee wasn’t an option. Breakfast was not edible. I rely on reviews to pick and just want To make sure it is know. Also we have a picture of the hair on the bed. I would really like to have my stay refunded.

Very clean room and very courteous staff. Only two minor issues: there was no shampoo (the squeeze bottle was completely empty) and the refrigerator had a large piece of ice on the inside that was melting - water leaked into the bottom and out on the cabinet.

The towels were clean, but the biggest issue for me was the presence of cockroaches in the room. There were quite a lot of them — in the morning I discovered many cockroaches of different sizes, from small to medium. I really hate cockroaches, and for me this is a serious problem. I’m also concerned that they could end up coming home with me.

The front desk staff member didn't even attempt to fake friendly at all. The sheet had a large rip and the towels were literally so worn in large spots that you could see through. The HVAC kept us warm, but was loud. The location was great and parking was free.
