The hotel is 5min walk from Apple Park and a big mall with many eating places and supermarket. The room is nice and clean (just cleaning service only available every other day). Gym is decent size with equipment.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Cupertino. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and spotless, the location was perfect for all of my scheduled activities, and the price was reasonable.

Overall, my stay was okay. However, I was surprised and disappointed to hear from the front desk that hand soap was not complimentary and would be charged at $1 per bar. This is the first time I’ve encountered such a policy at any hotel, let alone one under the Hilton brand. It felt unreasonable and not in line with the level of service I expect from Hilton.
