Room was verry clean had a problem whetting for one of the rooms that was not ready and was given another room, but the room was clean we needed a hear dryer it did not work other than that was a great hotel better than the Hyatt in town where we stayed last time we were there that had bugs all over and nothing was done about it. The gym and pool were clean and accessible and enjoyed it. Parking was difficult they were redoing the black top with pant could have been handle better otherwise went well. Staff was pleasant but was not personable. Except for Johen who ran the food area and service I give him an excellent ratting he was verry kind and personable to all and mad us feel welcome and at home no matter what was going wrong he made my stay there feel bather than the other staff.

Credit card system down, hotel key making system down, fridge with snacks down, parking under construction so had to park a ways down the street, hotel rooom keycard door locks unreliable. Solid hotel near Apple Park. Some road noise audible in our room and bedding could have been nicer/newer. I’ve definitely stayed in far nicer Hilton Garden Inns, but in Silicon Valley luxury+affordable isn’t a thing.
