Pior hotel que já fui na minha vida! Escolhi pelo preço, arrependimento total! Os recepcionistas do sábado de manhã são muito ignorantes. A moça simplesmente me disse que minha filha por ter só 3 anos e não ser pagante não tinha direito à cama extra ou berço! Eu fiz a reserva incluindo a criança!!! O outro recepcionista mal educado ainda foi comentar com ela sobre minha profissão que ele deve ter visto na minha ficha e disse que todos os jornalistas são metidos!!! Mas eu estava no corredor e ouvi o comentário!!! Que padrão de atendimento para um hotel. Depois que eu entrei vi o quarto! Que terrível! Velho, todo manchado, cama torta, desnivelada. Tv com controle remoto quebrado! Café da manhã bem simples (até aí tudo bem pelo valor).

O hotel precisa de muita reforma. Recebi um quarto sem janelas externas, cujo piso laminado estava ensopado. Segundo a recepção, foi lavado e não houve o devido tratamento para secar. Fui trocado para outro quarto que atendeu minha necessidade básica de dormir e tomar um banho, mas tenho a certeza de que não retornarei a este hotel. Falta limpeza, cuidados com manutenção e acabamento.

O prédio é velho café bem fraquinho não tem shampoo e nem condicionador secador de cabelo só se pegar na recepção é rotativo tem que devolver em 1 hora. O estacionamento me cobraram 35 reais e eu tive levar e ir buscar não é tão perto. O local é perigoso demais com muita gente drogada próximo.A geladeira existe mas não tem nada dentro água nem pra comprar. Em resumo não voltaria.
