O hotel em si é bom, o café da manhã muito bom, a única parte que achei um ruim foi ter ficado em outro prédio que não é o mesmo da recepção e do café da manhã. Quando fomos tomar o café estava muito, muito frio e ter que sair do hotel para ir para outra torre onde ficam as instalações, com criança isso foi muito ruim.

Com relação a estádia, teve dois pontos negativos. Primeiro com relação a cama de casal: é uma cama de casal, só que tem dois colchões de solteiro, onde tem um vão no meio, além de serem duros. Segundo é em relação ao ar condicionado: Mesmo solicitando para verificarem o motivo de não esquentar, continuou na mesma condição.

Precisava de um lugar bem próximo a residência de um tio e próximo onde seria comemorado o evento de seus 90 anos. Solicitei um quarto c um banheiro c acessibilidade por causa da falta de mobilidade da minha mãe que tem Alzymer e atendeu as minhas expectativas ! Eu e minha mãe fomos muito bem atendida, na recepção, no restaurante, no café da manhã, inclusive o serviço de camareira , todos muito ...muito atenciosos. Gostei muito da diversidade de opçoes no cafe da manhã, impossivel conseguir experimentar todas as opções, mas as que consegui estavam deliciosas! Foi tudo perfeito! Gratidão!!

O ar condicionado do quarto não estava funcionando na função quente, o chuveiro não tem vazão de água quente o suficiente no horário de pico. O piso do quarto é inteiro frio, não tem carpete ou tapete. Para uma cidade gelada como Curitiba, isso é uma lástima. Os travesseiros são extremamente desconfortáveis, a cama é boa. Cafe da manhã é ótimo.
