Ay this time the hotel hace a problem with the Sewer and the rooms had an terrible smell when we return from our trip the send is to anotherone but it was only this time, the test was ok the service from personal very good and the hotel in good condition no complaciente only that situación

Upon arriving to the property, we were asked to pay again for our stay at the front desk even though we paid through Expedia. We had to contact Expedia to contact them to confirm payment had been made. The staff was very friendly and kind, but they seemed very unaware of things. The shower was only hot once, after that it was ice cold. Water was leaking from the bathroom ceiling onto our heads which felt unsanitary. The location of the hotel was nice and felt safe. Not far from a lot of the restaurants and shops. We heard a few complaints from other guests of the room service being subpar.
