Amazing staff! Mauricio, you’re the best! Venus, you’re also the best!!! 😊😎 what a great place to stay, we felt like family, almost like a bed and breakfast because it lacked the “coldness” of a Hotel. Hotel is in a perfect location to call your home base when exploring Cusco and surrounding area. Rooms are decent, clean and tidy. Breakfast was good with basic fare. The Staff were super friendly and helpful in every way. Definitely walkable to many sites and restaurants.

It was fairly cheap. It had an elevator!! Did not look like the pictures due to construction and our very large family room did not have an updated bathroom like the pictures. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was meager. It was clean, and the grandson loved that he could cast his Disney+ downloads to the TV. We were a few blocks from Avenida del Sol and Perú Cafe- best crepes ever! The entrance to the hotel is a barred gate to a parking garage which was initially unexpected

The staff was wonderful as was the breakfast buffet. If the water in the shower was hot or at least comfortable the hotel would be perfect. I’ve stayed with this hotel 3 times and will return again. Please maybe give us hot water.
