Nice hotel. Very convenient and good view of the dragon bridge. Lots of food in walking distance along with other things you may need during stay. The breakfast manager is one of the best i have ever seen.

Beautiful Riverfront Hotel

Hotel was very nice and I loved the super soft bathrobe. Beautiful interior! The only negative is that our tc sismt work. We kept getting an error message. We didn't report it since we were only there for 1 night but we had an amazing restful night without it.

とっても良いホテル

チェックインは親切ですし、ドライヤーやセキュリティBoxのトラブルにも迅速に対応してくれました。Glabを待っている時もポーターの人が手助けしてくれました。食事も美味しく頂きました。ルーフトップバーではコーヒーのみで楽しみましたが、嫌な顔せずにこやかに応対してくれました。おすすめホテルです。

Our complaint about noise from the room next door was addressed promptly. Huy took the complaint and followed up. We didn’t have anymore issue. A better buffet choices at breakfast other than other hotel we stayed. Body gel smells good and water pressure was great even bein on 15th floor. Fridge is not cold. No complaint. We will stay again.

My partner and I were exceptionally pleased with the service and staff at the Brilliant hotel. we were extremely impressed with the restaurant manager in particular who made sure to take care of us whenever we came through in the morning for breakfast. David was extremely attentive and caring and was very kind to our family during the holiday season, which was extremely busy, but he took the time and care to make sure that we were happy with our service and our food the staff were always taking care of us immediately upon request and helped us even find outside laundry service. The hotel had laundry service, but it’s always exorbitant in expense and they were able to find a much better way for us. They helped us with directions. They helped us with recommendations and the cleaning crew were amazing. We will definitely be back because of the great service we received at the Brilliant hotel in DaNang!

Wonderful stay

The Brilliant Hotel was the perfect place for our four night stay in Danang. The staff went out of there way to assist our every need, especially Michael who assisted with many requests from dinner recommendations and private tours. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this modern, clean hotel.

넓고 깨끗하고 친절하고 편안하고 모든것이 최고였어요. 👍 특히 소문대로 위치가 너무 좋아요. 한시장을 매일 갈수있고 주변에 맛집이 많이 있어요. 공항 도착해서 호텔까지 픽업서비스 요청해서 받았는데 비행기 지연이 되어 너무 죄송했어요.. 체크아웃후 캐리어 보관도 가능했고, 그랩에 실어주기까지 하셨는데 너무 감동이었습니다.😍 다음에 다낭에 갈때도 전 무조건 브릴리언트 호텔로 갈겁니다~~~
