The Cozy An Boutique Hotel Hoian was a wonderful boutique hotel. The River View room was awesome and had a great view of the river both during the day & at night to see the boat and lanterns. The best part of my stay was the wonderful and helpful staff. The staff was incredible at every point of my stay. The Spa was also super inexpensive and wonderful. Anr only a 10 minute walk to Town and the Night Market. A++++ experience.

We have now been to Hoi An 4 times. Each time we have stayed at a different hotel due to these venues not meeting our expectations and needs. This latest trip we were advised to try the Cozy An Boutique Hotel. What great advise that was. We struck gold. This venue is modern and well maintained. It is situated within easy walking distance to Old Town where the action is. The staff are magnificent. They are professional, friendly and helpful plus they have a detailed knowledge of the local environment. As a bonus most have an excellent working knowledge of English. The rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious. They are efficiently serviced each day. It has a secluded pool available to cool off on those hot days. The buffet breakfast is a food lovers delight with the menu aimed at the local market as well as those with a western palate. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner. This hotel is exceptional in terms of venue and price. Without hesitation I give it my highest recommendation. We will return here on our next visit.

Really nice fun clean property that's right by the water and a short walk away from the heart of the old town. The whole experience was absolutely spot on, from the check in, to the rooms, to the breakfast that we enjoyed every morning and the amenities including the pool and the free bikes. Great hotel with great service from the office personnel. They were ahead of needs. Room very comfortable and clean. We had the bridge view. Food was excellent. We didn’t have time to try the pool. it's a nice hotel. The only negative thing was the rooster next door made noise very early in the morning， it was quite annoying. Also when the neighboring room (side or up) took their shower, it was very loud.
