It was a fantastic service experience. They set us up for a trip to the Marble Mountains and Hoi An. And, you have direct proximity to the beach and the tiki shacks for beach atmosphere and cocktails. The room was superb and every request was addressed. The breakfasts were large and had many options. I think anyone can have a good time here.

My friend and I stayed here for 5 days, the hotel itself is nice and clean. However, we got food poisoning from the restaurant in the hotel from the fish and ice in our drinks and we had to go to the hospital. This resulted in us needing to get separate rooms for the remainder of our stay. We were too sick to inform the staff and were still sick when we checked out, however the receptionist informed us there was nothing they can do because we didn’t tell them right away. We have sent an email and they did not respond to us.

We came back for almost 3 weeks! We had such a great stay the first time that when the weather changed our plans we decided that the best place to stay safely was Da Nang and the best hotel was Haian. We were in Vietnam for over 2 months and we stayed in many very good hotels. But what really sets the Haian apart is definitely service and staff! Their dedication, positive attitude and desire to make everyone feel special is unmatched! They always have a quick solution for every issue. When we left, it was like saying goodbye to family and friends.

This hotel is incredible. The staff makes all the difference. Chiang the pool boy, Neil the bartender, Jameson, and Cloudy were all fantastic. Luk Long was wonderful, absolutely wonderful. Snow at the spa was spectacular. Everybody at this hotel from the management to the housekeeping folks were all excellent. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Lots of food. Continually being replenished. Incredible buffet considering it’s included. Afternoon tea was nice. Sweets and drinks in the lobby. Very nice. The view of the beach right across the street was amazing. The place is immaculately clean. The housekeeping folks are phenomenal. The folks running this hotel are intelligent and professional. They make sense and go the extra mile which is good business. We loved this hotel and truly hated to leave. Everything you need is at this hotel. The restaurant for lunch and dinner is really great. Delicious food for just a tad bit than outside, but the quality is head and shoulders above outside establishments. The spa was great. Professional and clean. The spa is a bit more than outside, but much cleaner and right there in the hotel. The area is safe. Right across the street from the beach. The rooftop pool is incredible. My only recommendation is to upgrade your beds. We stayed in 1106 and the bed is basically a boxspring . They put a pad on it, but still too hard. Invest in better bedding. A hotel of such quality should have better & softer beds. 10 ⭐️
