The rooms were great the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, went above and beyond to help us. The food in the restaurant is good. And the hotel is clean and well decorated. It’s right across from the beach so great location, walking distance to many things like food shopping etc.

Incredible hotel and incredible location right across from the most incredible beach. Loved walking the beach and the promenade and great options for dining and shopping in the area. The breakfast buffet was huge and the staff were so incredible from the moment you enter the building to the moment you step into your transportation to the airport. Incredible place. 5 stars plus.

Great location across from the beach. Room was spotless with wonderful staff. Breakfast buffet was excellent as well the afternoon tea. Spa service was ok with friendly staff. Hope they can speak a little more English for better communication. A little bit noisy from the nearby constructions. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at HAIAN and would return again next time.
