Staff here were very attentive and caring, the room was incredible and cleaned regularly. Our room had a stunning view and great amenities. The hotel breakfast and afternoon tea were highlights for us! We looked forward to coming home to the hotel every day :)

Everything about this hotel exude class. From the friendly staff to the amenities in and outside of the property. As mentioned, the staff was amazing but there was one person who made our vacation extra-ordinary, this was HOA from guest relations. From the minute we checked-in and checked out of the hotel, Hoa went above and beyond to help us experience DaNang from a different lense. Take it from us, we have travelled to different areas of the globe, at different 5-star hotels, M Hotel can be compared the Ritz, Intercontinnental, Four Seasons, etc.
