Sweet Sues Lakehouse is located in the heart of the fun on Lake Martin. Close to Chimney Rock, Chucks Pizza, Kowaliga, Bluffs Daiquiri Bar & so much more! This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house has 2 primary king suites (connecting full bathrooms) with luxury king mattresses & linens for your comfort. It makes it perfect for two families traveling together. In addition to two other queen bedrooms, we also have 3 twin beds with trundles in the lower level. It sleeps 14 plus a baby comfortably. There is an office for those that need to work remote. Our internet is excellent. We also have a nursery with a new full crib for families traveling with a baby. The game room is a guest favorite on raining days. It has darts, a pool table, foosball, Roulette table, Poker table & air hockey. Enjoy watching the kids swim from either screened in porch overlooking the lake. The views are breathtaking. Take a rest on the twin size bed rocker. The firepit is incredible and sits lakeside with stunning views. Price includes the use of the kayaks, lilypad & paddleboat! There is a boat ramp and plenty of parking for the boat trailer. We even provide a gas grill as well as a Blackstone. Big water year round makes this a great house to rent even during the winter months. This house truly has it all. We also offer boat rentals, fishing charters, lake tours and other fun add ons such s’more kit & grocery shopping. We even drop the boat off at the house for your convenience!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all the used towels in the laundry room and start a load of towels, please.
If you used the grill, please clean it. Let us know if there’s any propane tanks that need to be swapped out.
Please make sure all game pieces in the game room are put back properly. Also make sure the kayaks and water toys are stored properly.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Park on the driveway or gravel driveway. Stay off the grass, the septic tank and lines are right off the driveway. No more then 4 vehicles.
Do not dive into the lake. Always wear lifejackets when using kayaks, paddleboard or paddleboat. Children must be supervised at all times.

Fun house on nice lake

The house was a nice house on a lake with lots of things smtp see from the water. House offered a large game room for kids and adults to hang out in during the evenings or during the ran.

Heaven on the Lake!

We have stayed at a ton of great VRBOs around the world and this was one of our all time favorites. Great house, incredible views, plenty of rooms, fabulous amenities all come together to make a wonderful family retreat. Especially loved the game room and fire pit. Highly recommend this wonderful home on Lake Martin.

Family vacay at Sweet Sue's

I would highly recommend Sweet Sue's on Lake Martin. The location, house, dock, cove, firepit, and frankly everything was fantastic. We had a blast and made incredible memories for a lifetime! We will definitely be returning!
