Updated completely private efficiency apartment (350 sq ft). Beautiful, modern and cozy decor! Living Room, dining area, galley kitchen, small bathroom with shower, separate bedroom with queen sized bed. Private gated entrance, one off-street parking space. Vaulted ceilings make the place seem larger than it is, indirect lighting, 32" TV with 5 Star Outdoor HDTV antenna for local channels, wifi available, Amazon Alexa active.

The efficiency apartment is attached to our home. Private entrance to the apartment through the gated sideyard. The backyard is sometimes shared by our 2 little white bichons who love everyone!
