Weekend stay in Arlington

Absolutely comfortable, clean, perfectly located place to stay while in Arlington for a few adults with no kids (as our experience was for this trip). My husband, my friend, and myself all came to town for a concert over the weekend, and were very happy with, quite literally, everything-down to the coffee and fixings. Located only minutes away from anything we needed, including the venue. Just an all around great experience.

At first when we pulled up to the property we were a little taken back but then we realized it’s a college town. It’s quiet cute and the beds where very comfortable. Boat was very responsive. I would definitely book again.

Good Communication. Perfect location for game and trip to Dallas and local events. Nice unit very clean. first impression of locale a little shady but no issues in 5 day stay. Could use some dressers on second floor.We would return if coming back to area

Family/Cowboys Game Time Together

The very nice property was located within a 30 minute walk of the Stadium, perfect for avoiding traffic on the way to the Cowboys game, and with plenty of room for the 4 of us!

Nice townhome just off UTA campus

Very convenient to campus-we would stay here again. The townhome was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with just about anything you would need. The owner/manager checked in throughout our stay to make sure we were good.

Great Location Comfy Place

My Wife and I and our friends (another couple) stayed over the weekend, while visitng family and attending the State Fair. The place was comfy. Upon driving up the area seemed a little congested and questionable but during our stay no one bothered us or our property and we actually only saw 2 or 3 people outside the entire time. We had to rearrange a mattress and box spring in order to get our midsized sedan into the garage but after we did, it fit perfectly with room to spare. The previous vacationers had put out the trash (we were there on one of the pickup days) however it wasnt picked up because of recyclables being in it or some reason the trash company had placed on the trash receptacle. They also left open comdiments and unopened food in the fridge and freezer, which while could be seen as a nice gesture, we just didnt trust using or eating. Other than those minor things we enjoyed our stay. The neigborhood was very quiet, with the exception of a few folks revving and racing from stop sign to stop sign, but it's pretty much on a college campus so those sort of things are to be expected. The place, again, was clean and comfy. Our bed was super comfy however the other couple stated their bed was comfy but sunk in the middle. The location is near a ton of restaurants, several that we got to enjoy. Overall it was a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Very Nice place

We enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was very clean and it was in a great location. We stayed for 4 days and we had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and I slept well. I would stay here again.

Wonderful stay

I had a conference at UTA and this is the best place to stay if you’re going to visit. It’s closer than some of the parking lots! It is clean and cool in the summer heat. The location makes so many restaurants just a few minutes away! Communication with the property managers is excellent! Would definitely stay again

This townhouse is very nice and perfect for visiting the UT-Arlington campus. Clean rooms and nice amenities. Bring strong legs
as it is 3 stories tall, but we had no problems.

Great little townhome

This place was great for the two nights I stayed here with my daughter. Host was super easy to communicate with and the property was clean and full of items that made our stay perfect. Beds were super comfortable and the AC worked great.
