This is the hotel we stayed 90% of our time travelled to Dallas. They provided great hotel rooms for just the way we needed. Big windows, clean room, great location, great pricing. But our most recent visit had a flaw which is they didn’t change the bed sheet when we arrived. And did not change it either after the first night and we told them to. We were mad. But when we checked out, the manager sincerely apologized to us and generously gave us a big discount. So we kind of make it even. Hope they can improve their management on the housekeeping crew.

Everything was very clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was also very good with a great selection. I would've liked to have checked out their happy hour offering and the rooftop area but we missed out due to the schedule of the conference we were attending.

The hotel was very nice; rooms were clean (not always so, even with high priced hotels.) The thing that stands out the most is the staff. Wow! Everyone was so nice. I could not believe it. And the management was openly being nice to the other staff. Yay! Nice amenities including breakfast and early evening food as well. I will absolutely stay here again.
