The property itself was good. However, we did not have a good impression the moment we arrived in. As soon as we arrived, we called the callbox several times and we did not receive any response for 10-15 minutes. I called the manager provided phone number and he/she did not respond at all. We were waiting with lots of luggages and all family for 20 minutes until they opened the door. Moreover, the property manager had directed us through an entrance door where its lift was out of order and we had to move many luggages around to find a working lift. Everytime we messaged the manager through the StayZ app, it took 2-3 hours to receive a response. Overal extremely poor communication. Also, it is recommended to change the sofa in the living room, it is super old and firm and non-comfortable.Although the place was good.
