The room good The afternoon and evening staff were like ghost. No customer service skills Never greeted anyone in my 3 days stay On their phones are talking to each other The pool area dirty and we had to request room to be cleaned in my 3 day stay. I wouldn't refer anyone to stay at your hotel

Staff were nice. Location is great. The toilet paper in restroom was terrible, you walk out of the bathroom with a paperfest in your pants. There was a the strong smell of Fabuloso entering the hotel. I didn’t like how the parking lot was behind the hotel and we weren’t allowed to use back doors. We had to lug our luggage from car all the way to the single entrance in front of building.

I checked in at 6:30pm and left at 11:00 pm because the front desk people refused to go upstairs to ask the people to stop stomping and to much running. I had a 4 week old baby seemed like every time she dose off they start running and stomping again. The front manger was lazy and didn't believe in taking care of business
