Close to everything

This rental was right next to the convention center where my husband was attending an expo. I came along with our kids. If it had just been him it would have been fine, the area where we stayed had people camped outside, human feces outside, and the inside of the building smelled like pot. The inside of the unit was clean and the rental owner was helpful and communicative!

Convention Center Gem

A very nicely appointed utilitarian setup. Everything you need for a great stay. Walking distance to the convention center. Clean sheet and plenty of towels and linens. The beds are comfy and there are extra pillows and blankets. Having the washer and dryer right in the unit is a big plus. Keurig coffee maker was appreciated. Bring your favorite K cups. If you forget them don’t worry your host supplies some.

Ok place to sleep

Pillows are terrible, leaving me with a headache every morning. The concrete floors were dirty and gritty feeling. Just walking around barefoot after my shower and my feet were dirty from the floors on day1. There is no water pressure in the shower, I could not wash my hair because it would never rinse out the shampoo. One tiny towel and one wash cloth per person was there for a 3 night stay. Minimal extra bedding for the roll away or fold out bed, even though we booked for 5 people. The unit itself is spacious and well laid out. It served the purpose of somewhere to stay, but was not a comfortable sleep for anyone in our group, and felt a bit low budget with the crappy pillows and linens....

Terrible, Misleading, Do Not Stay Here!!!

The entire building has a ventilation issue and it is impossible to breath. The pictures are absolutely misleading and the furniture was so disgusting we did not want to sit on it. There was a large can of raid left for us on the kitchen counter top. There is no ventilation and we all got headaches and had to end our trip early, we could not stay in the apartment longer than a few hours. The management is not helpful and did not issue us a refund when my friend was having a medical emergency in response to all of the mold and perfume coating the air. Be sure to read reviews of this place on other sites, I wish I would have prior to booking. This was a terrible choice and VRBO should remove it.

Close to convention center, but just OK

The location was nice and close to the convention center, but the neighborhood was questionable. There were many homeless people staying in that area. The pool stunk of pot the whole time we were there, so our kids didn't use it. Most of the games in the gameroom were broken. Apartment was clean, missing lots of silverware and had very few dishes. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

Great Location and Spacious Rental in Downtown Dallas!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath rental was the perfect home base for my recent business trip to Dallas. The location is incredibly convenient, just a couple blocks from the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center. As someone attending an event there, the easy walking distance was a huge perk. The apartment itself is very spacious for a Downtown rental. The large windows let in great natural light and offer views of the Dallas skyline. The full kitchen was ideal for preparing simple meals between work events. Let’s not forget the washer and dryer that for me is a must have for extended stay. What I loved most was the free valet service. Being able to quickly request my car with a text made coming and going seamless. You can actually see the status of the retrieval right from your phone. No wasted time or money self-parking! The bedrooms are both generously sized, with the master having an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have large walk-in closets, perfect for longer stays. The living room provided a comfortable place to relax after long convention days. This rental had all the essential amenities I needed at a reasonable price point compared to overpriced Downtown hotels. The location next to the convention center simply can't be beaten for business travel. Communication from the hosts was exceptional. I'd absolutely stay here again for any future Dallas conventions or meetings.

Horrible area but affordable and spacious

First off the check in process wasn't detailed so that took forever. Then the basket was ran by one person and it took so long i had to leave the line bc i had to use the restroom. Once i got in it looked nice on the outside but it the floors were so so so nasty. There was only a few pots and pans and the ac unit was hard to set. There was nothing to hold my soap on bc the shower doesn't have a shelf. The water pressure was extremely low. The qr code didn't work in the daytime bc of the sun so it took along time to get in the building. Their amenities like the movie room closed at 430 so there was no use in using. And last but not least the outside are was filled with homeless people so many that you have to literally have to step over. So that's a BIG NO FOR ME I WILL NOT BE BACK
