I want to give the biggest thank-you to Diana at Great Wolf Lodge Grapevine. She went above and beyond and completely turned what could have been a horrible experience into a positive one. Her calmness, professionalism, and patience reassured us the entire time. Not once did she show attitude — she smiled, she was kind, and she was genuinely helpful from beginning to end. My family has been going through an extremely rough year. Our son was recently diagnosed with cerebral ataxia, and my mother-in-law is battling cancer. Stress has been high, and this trip was supposed to give us a little break. Diana made that possible. Her compassion and thoroughness meant more than she could ever know. also to the night, Manager Dylan I believe that’s his name. It was 11 PM when we spoke with them on Saturday night that he was able to fix the issues given us a free complementary night for future visit. We truly hope managers and corporate see this and recognize what a gem they have on their team. Diana, and Dylan the manager at guest services thank you for making a hard season just a little bit brighter for our family. Your kindness made all the difference.

Holley did a great job checking me in and making me feel welcome. I came to stay to be near the airport. No kids. But I found a great place to tell my friends about for their grandchildren. The rooms were very nice clean and clean friendly. I could see how it would be a great kid frienfly plac.

this is a really great time, even if you’re just two adults with no kids and you want a minute to get away haha. We celebrated valentine’s day here a few days early on a Monday/Tuesday and it was actually really cute and super relaxing. Food isn’t bad and everything you need is right on site. Highly recommend the whirlpool suite if you want to sit in a hot tub and watch a movie!

Well….several outlets had no power; the bedside clock could not have its time adjusted; the bathtub fixtures were loose; and my morning was greeted by roaches in the bathroom. But the bed was clean and room was spacious. Not a total write off but it did have its challenges

Everything was great was a little disappointed that the hot tub was unavailable for my entire stay. Was not made aware of this when I booked or upon my arrival. Other than that & my pre planned idea I’d set in & enjoy the hot tub it was great!
